ROYALTY FREE MUSIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Mac a million dollar man musick, music may only be used pursuant to the terms and conditions enforced by Mac a million dollar man musick. By purchasing music licenses sold under Mac a million dollar man musick, you automatically become bound to the terms of the License Agreement. Mac a million dollar man musick shall hereby be referred to as, Licensor, and the customer, or content user, shall hereby be referred to as, Licensee.

 

Terms and Conditions are as follows:

 

1. Prices:

The royalty free non-exclusive musical compositions (beats) sold by Mac a million dollar man musick, remain the property of Mac a million dollar man musick, and are licensed, not sold, to you the licensee. Mac a million dollar man musick offers 2 types of licenses for purchase: Limited Lease Licenses start at $99.95 per composition (beat), and Extended Lease Licenses start at $199.95 per composition (beat), prices may vary.

 

2. Limited Lease License terms:

Mac a million dollar man musick Limited Lease License grants you (the licensee) the right to use Mac a million dollar man musick’s royalty-free compositions (beats) only for Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television Advertisement, Internet Background Music, On-Hold & In-House Background Music, and/or Artist Demonstrations. Additionally, specific limitations exist for Recording Artists where Mac a million dollar man musick's musical compositions can only be used for demonstration purposes and must adhere to the rules of "synchronization" where ADDITIONAL AUDIO AND VOCAL PERFORMANCES are recorded against and with Mac a million dollar man musick compositions.

 

3. Extended Lease License terms:

Mac a million dollar man musick 's Extended Lease License grants you (the licensee) all of the rights included in the Limited Lease License plus the right to use Mac a million dollar man musick 's royalty-free compositions (beats) for commercial ventures such as Recording Artist albums, Radio Rotation, Television shows, Television broadcast, and/or Film/DVD Soundtracks, you are required by law to obtain a "Extended Lease License" directly from Mac a million dollar man musick to warrant such usage.

Failure to obtain the proper legal license from Mac a million dollar man musick will only result in hefty copyright infringement fines and possible confinement. NOTE: A single violation of federal copyright laws will cost you a $30,000.00 fine. So, be certain to obtain an "Extended Lease License" if you plan to use Mac a million dollar man musick's music for Record Company ventures, Television Broadcast ventures, Radio Rotation, Television theme music, and the like. If you plan to use recordings of Mac a million dollar man musick, music for other than demonstration purposes, you are required by law to purchase Mac a million dollar man musick's Extended Lease License to allow use of Mac a million dollar man musick's, music for Record Company ventures, Television Broadcast ventures, Film Soundtracks/Scores, ect.

 

4. Rights reserved:

It is specifically understood and agreed that Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights or any underlying copyrights, and that Licensor retains all rights, title and interest in the music obtained from Mac a million dollar man musick, including all copyrights belonging to the original copyright holder, as well as any modifications or improvements made to the licensed property by Licensee.

 

5. Usages that require additional fees:

Distribution of more than 5,000 physical units that contains one or more, Mac a million dollar man musick compositions, will require additional compensation which will be one percent of the total gross sales, per composition included in a project. Any broadcast that embodies a Mac a million dollar man musick composition that airs on television requires that the Production Company or content user file a cue sheet. Filing cue sheets do not require any additional fees from you the customer (content user), but it is instrumental for musicians to collect their fair share of fees, that have already paid to ASCAP, BMI, and other performing rights organizations, by network, cable, and satellite broadcasting stations.

 

6. Indemnification:

You shall, at all times, indemnify and hold Mac a million dollar man musick, our producers, composers and affiliated compositions, and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of all the foregoing, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees, expenses and court costs) arising out of the exercise of any rights granted herein or out of any breach by you, of any representation, warranty or provision contained herein or any claims thereof, including but not limited to, sample clearances, or the use of interpolations of copy written recorded material embodied in any compositions purchased from Licensee.

 

7. Modifications:

This License expressly FORBIDS the resale or other distribution of Mac a million dollar man musick compositions, either as they exist OR any modification thereof with out a legitimate lease license. You CANNOT sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, or transfer all or any of the products sold under Mac a million dollar man musick to another user, or for use in any competitive product.

 

NOTE: Mac a million dollar man musick compositions (beats) are protected the United States Copyright Act, and all compositions (beats), shall remain the property of Mac a million dollar man musick.

Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this agreement and of applicable laws of the United States and other countries. Any infringement of copyright will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
